Strength performance of fan blades in industrial applications

This invention provides an industrial fan blade that facilitates installation, securely attaches to accessories, reduces blade vibration and noise, allows for disassembly for cleaning, facilitates storage and transportation, lowers energy consumption during industrial fan operation, enhances blade strength, prevents wind damage and breakage, and improves blade safety and lifespan.

The industrial fan blade features a transverse fixing connector, an open slot connector, and a connection at the blade end. The connecting end is positioned within a connecting slot, which contains a pressure block. The connecting terminal, pressure block, and limiting lugs are all positioned corresponding to the slot, with the pressure block connecting at the top. The connecting slot, connecting terminal, and pressure block all have fixing holes. The dimensions of the connecting end and pressure block match the dimensions of the connecting slot. The blade has an arc-shaped cross-section, and the upper plate of the fan blade is bent downwards. The upper and lower ends of the reinforcing ribs are fixedly connected to the upper and lower plates of the fan blade, respectively. By setting up connectors, it is easy to install and fix the blades on the mounting plate. During operation, the blade vibration and noise can be reduced. During installation, the limiting lugs and limiting grooves play a guiding role, and the fixed hole alignment can be directly performed, making installation convenient.
