Q: How to ensure consistent factory performance?
Die casting molds/stamping molds with the same model of impeller have unique numbers and are regularly scanned and verified in 3D; Locking the design parameters of the snail shell shape; Factory run tests are conducted on each unit, with air volume tolerance of ± 5%, current tolerance of ± 10%, and noise tolerance of+3 dB (A). If it exceeds the tolerance, it will be automatically judged as unqualified. Each unit comes with a serial number that can be traced back to dynamic balancing data and test records.
Q: What industrial scenarios are supported?
Industrial dust removal and smoke exhaust, FFU clean workbench, explosion-proof exhaust for painting and spray painting rooms, smoke exhaust for commercial kitchens, boiler induced draft. Optional explosion-proof motor (ATEX), stainless steel SUS304/SUS316 impeller, high-temperature H-class insulation.
