Mixed flow design and air volume static pressure balance
The AC Duct Fan adopts a mixed flow impeller design, which combines the high air volume characteristics of axial flow with a certain static pressure capacity of centrifugation. It is the best solution for embedding circular ducts to achieve long-distance air supply and exhaust.
Covering standard pipe diameters ranging from 4" (100mm) to 12" (315mm), with an air volume range of 150-2500 m ³/h. The mixed flow impeller provides high air volume when there is no pipeline free air outlet, and overcomes the resistance along the way with a static pressure of 150-500 Pa when connected to long pipelines or bends, avoiding a cliff-like drop in air volume. This feature makes it equally capable in both residential exhaust and commercial pipeline pressurization scenarios - pure axial flow fans perform poorly in pipelines, pure centrifugal fans are too large and costly, and mixed flow pipeline fans fill the gap in between
