Multiple application scenarios
The standardized pipe diameter and mixed flow design of the AC Duct Fan make it naturally suitable for various ventilation scenarios:
Indoor planting and hydroponics:
Planting tents require 24-hour continuous ventilation to remove heat from lighting fixtures and evaporate moisture. The 6 "-8" duct fan is embedded with a flexible aluminum foil duct and equipped with a carbon filter for odor removal, making it a standard configuration for indoor gardening. The mixed flow design maintains effective airflow even after penetrating the carbon filter (resistance 50-150 Pa).
Residential exhaust:
If the exhaust ducts in the bathroom and kitchen are too long or have too many bends, the original centrifugal fan often cannot handle it. The 4 "-6" pipeline fan is connected in series as a pipeline booster to the existing pipeline, increasing the end air volume by 50% -150% and solving the problems of odor and moisture retention.
Commercial space ventilation:
The restaurant kitchen, gym, and SPA area need to be separately controlled for ventilation. Multiple 8 "-10" duct fans are arranged according to the area and started and stopped as needed, which is more flexible and energy-saving compared to fully opening the central fan in the entire area.
Boosting of fresh air system:
When installing a fresh air system in an existing residential building, a duct fan can be used as a branch boosting device to deliver fresh air to the bedroom or study far away from the main unit, making up for the insufficient air volume at the end.
Ventilation in basements and garages:
Insufficient natural ventilation in underground spaces poses safety hazards due to the accumulation of CO and radon gas. The pipeline fan sends fresh air from the outside into the underground through the pipeline, or forcibly discharges polluted air.
