Silent operation and durable construction
One of the core design indicators of an AC Duct Fan is noise control; residential and commercial scenarios are highly sensitive to operating noise.
Three elements of silent design:
G2.5 grade dynamic balancing impeller (ISO 1940-1): Each impeller is calibrated by a double-sided dynamic balancing machine to eliminate vibration and low-frequency buzzing caused by unbalance, which is the first source of noise in pipeline fans.
Double ball bearings: Compared with oil-containing bearings, ball bearings will not produce friction noise due to lubrication drying up after long-term operation, and the axial/radial clearance is eliminated by spring pre-tightening.
Galvanized steel sheet shell: Stamped integral snail shell, high rigidity, no shell resonance caused by wind pressure fluctuations.
Noise reference: The 4 "model has 28 dB (A), equivalent to the sound of flipping through books in the library; the 6" model has 35 dB (A), equivalent to the quiet background sound in the bedroom; and even the largest 12 "model has 55 dB (A), equivalent to normal conversation level, without interfering with human voice and sleep.
Durable construction:
Pure copper winding motor, F-class insulation (155 ° C), supports S1 continuous working system.
Aluminum alloy mixed flow impeller, lightweight and high rigidity, long-term stable dynamic balance.
Both ends come standard with metal protective nets and optional check valves to prevent backflow.
Design lifespan ≥ 40000 hours.
