Compact design advantages:
The small EC centrifugal fan (impeller diameter 108- 250 mm) is embedded at a depth of only 80- 160 mm and can be directly installed into 19 "cabinets, communication cabinets, and inverter enclosures.
Compared to AC centrifugal fans with the same energy, the EC solution eliminates the space occupation of external frequency converters and the load of uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
The rear curved impeller allows the volute outlet to rotate and install in the direction of 0 °/90 °/180 °/270 °, adapting to different internal airflow paths of the cabinet.
Data center cooling:
In-row cooling is equipped with an EC centrifugal fan module, which dynamically adjusts the air volume according to changes in cabinet load.
The temperature difference from the bottom to the top of the server rack can reach 15-20 ° C, and the high static pressure of the EC centrifugal fan ensures that the cold air penetrates the dense server layer.
Fan array group control: Multiple EC fans are synchronized through MODBUS master-slave to uniformly respond to changes in thermal load.
Low noise design:
The data center noise standard (ISO 7779/ECMA-74) requires equipment noise to be ≤ 65 dB (A).
The sine wave drive of EC centrifugal fan eliminates high-frequency electromagnetic noise caused by square wave drive, and G2.5 dynamic balance eliminates mechanical vibration noise.
After reducing the speed to 30% during low load periods at night, the noise level decreased by 15-20 dB (A), meeting the sound environment requirements for night shift operations in data centers.
